I worked with creative director Sam Bathe and our internal Zendesk creative team to imagine a series of photos built around the concept of a desk. We wanted to evoke confidence and calm by transporting customer service agents and leaders into unexpected environments.
We shot a mix of traditional and with higher concept scenes, using props like walking on a desk treadmill or oars, which naturally fit with the set design. Scenes are shot to be flexible and open to interpretation, implying core themes like collaboration, but open enough to be paired with different copy lines for a range of campaign topics. Models are styled to feel comfortable in their look, with an elevated sense of style. Accessories and props in each scene call back to key accent colours in the Zendesk brand palette.
