In 2017 I was brought into ShootProof's creative team, a photo-based startup in Atlanta, to work on various brand marketing pieces.
New Brand T-Shirts
When it came to brand t-shirts, ShootProof has a tagline that resonated extremely well with it's customers but didn't have the personality that their internal culture did. Enter a few new t-shirt designs that wink at photography clubs, second shooter assistants and more fun ways to express the tagline.
Created a set of graphics for marketing for Black Friday 2017 based around all the photographers tools that go along with ShootProof and it's package of specials. Concepted, photographed and composited all the graphics for launch.
ShootProof Product Illustrations
When it come to blog partnerships, it allowed the ShootProof brand to wiggle a little bit. We were able to try out some more loose concepts when it came to a partner blog post showcasing the ShootProof product along with contracts and invoices.
ShootProof Marketing Site Concepts
I got to help concept and develop a new marketing site for ShootProof. The goal was to help bring ShootProof into a more broad, diverse offering that would appeal to many photographers who would see aspirations of their own with the product. Since ShootProof helps you from square one, it should feel as though you can grow and become the photographer you want. I was brought in for early concepts, typography and brand system development around the website.
The fun part about hanging around a fun team on-site is getting to photograph them and develop some new brand photography style while working inside. Here's a selection of some work that was used for test and internal purposes.
